Shipping
- How much is shipping?
- Shipping is free on every order until July 31, 2026 — no minimum, no code needed. After the promo ends, flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout.
- Where do you ship?
- We ship across Canada and the United States. Orders leave our Canadian studio, so US orders may occasionally be held briefly at the border.
- When will my order ship?
- Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Canada Post and standard US delivery typically take 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Will I get tracking?
- Yes. You'll get an order confirmation right after checkout and a second email with tracking as soon as your parcel is scanned.
- Do you charge duties or taxes?
- Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. There are no surprise duties on Canadian or US orders.
Returns & exchanges
- What is your return policy?
- You have 30 days from delivery to return anything that isn't right. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- How do I start a return or exchange?
- Message us through the contact form with your order reference and which set you'd like to return or swap. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions.
- Who pays for return shipping?
- Return shipping is on us for anything faulty or incorrect. For a change of mind, return postage is the customer's responsibility — exchanges ship back to you free.
- When will I be refunded?
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the parcel. Your bank may take a few extra days to display it.
- Can I change or cancel an order?
- If your order hasn't shipped yet, absolutely — contact us as soon as you can and we'll update or cancel it.
Sizing, fabric & care
- What sizes do you offer?
- Every Nene Kids set comes in 2T, 3T and 4T. The fit is tailored, so we recommend sizing up for the comfiest sleep and extra room to grow. Ribbed cuffs keep ankles and wrists in place without bunching.
- What are the pajamas made of?
- 100% organic cotton, designed in Canada and made in India by a partner factory we know by name. Soft, breathable, and gentle on sensitive skin.
- How should I wash them?
- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colours, tumble dry low. Skip bleach and fabric softener to keep the print crisp and the cotton soft.
- Will they shrink?
- The cotton is pre-washed, so expect minimal shrinkage. Washing cold and drying low keeps the fit exactly as it arrived.
